Deleted Rides on prompt from iphone ap

I came home from my commute today and tried to save my ride. upon clicking save I got a pop-up that told me that my memory is getting full and to adjust my (strava) memory settings. so I went through and deleted my rides on my phone to clear it all out and now every ride I've done since september is gone on both my iPhone and the online database. I remember with the older versions of the app I could delete rides on my phone and they would remain on the website. Is there any way I can get my rides back?

   Hey Mark,

   I was able to reupload all of your rides. Please note that if there were any rides you deleted for any reason, they are now back in your account. Sorry for the trouble with this. I've not heard of that message about the app requesting an adjustment to memory settings. I would be interested to hear if that message returns after you sign back in and update your feed.

   Also, one potential workaround in the future would be to delete the app and then reinstall. All of your rides would remain saved on the website but the app would pull only the necessary data required to populate your feed data and your profile.
