Add a "Recovery" and/or "Physical Therapy" to Sport drop-down

I'd like to be able to look back and see if my time investment (and $$ investment) for things like massages, saunas, PT appointments, and even rest days is giving me a performance boost - or at the least decreasing time lost to injuries. Now I lump all those "events" into "Workout" and do the math in my head.  Are massages helping?  Is the time in the sauna well-spent?  I'd like to think so, I have a feeling it is, but being able to keep track of these things, and compare training cycles, in Strava would help answer this question.
