This would include, for example, a workout broken up into segments by time or by distance
1. 1 mile warm up
2. 1 mile split
3. 2 minutes rest
4. 1 mile split
5. 2 minutes rest
6. 1 mile cooldown
When you start the workout, just display a notification that says (1 mile warmup).
After you hit a distance of 1 mile, it should announce the time and pause the run.
Then, display a menu that has options "1. Next repeat, 2. Jump to cooldown, 3. Finish run"
It should repeat until the workout is finished, at which time normal Strava functionality should resume.
Configuration could be based on distance or on time.
