We are investigating an issue where we are not receiving payment notifications for Premium purchases through iTunes. We have filed a bug with Apple, and hope to have a resolution soon.
Please go through the following steps to restore your purchase:
- Click on the "... More" tab on the bottom right
- Click on "Settings"
- Click on the "Restore Purchases" button
If you do not see the button to restore your purchase, please log out of the app, and log back in again, then go through the above flow.
By clicking this restore purchase button, your Strava account should now register as Premium. If it does not, please let us know by creating a Support request.
