Automatic Syncing from Polar Accounts Disabled

We are currently working with Polar to investigate an issue with activities from Polar Flow repeatedly syncing to Strava accounts. 

Until the issue is resolved we have disabled automatic syncing from Polar accounts. 

In the meantime, you can upload your activities manually by exporting from Polar Flow and then uploading them to your Strava account

  • Automatic syncing has been re-enabled for any new activities recorded with Polar devices.

    Thanks again for your patience.

  • Activities upload to Polar Flow during the shutdown period and any backlogged activities should now automatically sync to Strava.

    If you are are still unable to automatically sync your activities from Polar Flow please refer to our Help Center article or submit a request to Strava Support.
