Having trouble Syncing or Uploading your activity to Strava? See the below information for some helpful steps.
Sometimes all you have to do is wait and try again later - or try connecting via WiFi instead of your Cellular network (or vice versa). You can pull the feed screen down and then release it to refresh the view and attempt a re-sync. If that doesn’t work, the next step is to try signing out and back in to the Strava app - or restarting your phone. If you're still having trouble, your phone may tell you that your "Upload has Finished with Errors" or "Network Unavailable" at your Feed (below left).
If the upload continues to fail, you can pull down on your feed only SLIGHTLY to show your New Activities as shown below center - tap 'You have X new activities' to view them (Note that if you pull down too far you'll trigger an attempt to resync the stuck activity. From this page, you can swipe across the failing activity, then tap Delete to remove it (shown above right) and clear the error message from your Feed.
