At this time, there is no official sync service between Nike and Strava, however, there are a number of 3rd party solutions built by developers using the Strava API. Here are some sync services recommended by our community:
- RunGap for iOS - workout data manager app (VIP in-app purchase needed)
- Sync Smashrun with Nike+, Then use tapiriik to sync Smashrun with Strava (http://www.nikeplusexodus.com/)
- SyncMyTracks for Android
- www.ifttt.com

I don't think it will be possible for *any* service to Nike sync accurately. There's a lengthy post at SmashRun about the changes Nike has made for their data exports.
http://blog.smashrun.com/
It seems they only export data at 10 second intervals now
"This month, all of that changed. Nike went from providing 1 second recordings to 10 second recordings. Ten seconds is a long time. Try counting to ten now and imagine how far you could run. Ten seconds is a lifetime. It also makes it impossible to identify pauses, and it means that if you run for 59 seconds, for example, there will only be 5 points returned. The splits become a kind of wild guess. We released a patch yesterday, to try and improve the results, but it’s like trying to squeeze water from a stone, a particularly dense and dry stone, that makes your run look kind of squarish, think granite."
Just used https://nike.bullrox.net to sync my Nike+ data with Strava. Managed to transfer all the data since Oct 2017.
Love it! Thanks for the effort!
Hi, I've used the Nike+ Exporter and it works pretty well. The imported runs in Strava seem to have slightly different distances but I guess I can live with that for now. The challenge I have is that in my Health app and Activities, the runs show up duplicated now and gives me badges I didn't earn. Is there a way to exclude specific runs in Strava from being exported to the Apple Health app?
Hellow Everyone!
Trying to use Vincent app but get stuck in step 2 of 4 with the credential issue - probably from nike+ end. I have changed password a couple of times but still not working. Any ideas/tips please?
Thanks in advance folks!
Hi Vincent, I love your tool, like many people do. The fact that there are differences between Nike+ and Strava are a bit annoying, but not life-threatening. I always perform a bit better on Nike+ so I assume that Nike+ is telling me the truth ;-)
But since last weekend the tool doesn't login to Nike+ anymore (Oopsie Daisy error), strange because I still can login at the Nike-site. Can you please fix this?
Hey Vincent your site is awesome! I just used it for the first time. I was using Mat's iOS app before but yours is just as user friendly. Big up and thanks a lot!
The only thing that happened to me is that my runs got uploaded as rides. So I had to go in and manually adjust them. But maybe I missed a toggle in my excitement of trying your site. Thanks again!
Hi
When you login with facebook, nike generate a password for you. You have to reset your password to know it

I've got a (pre-alpha) chrome extension that allows you to download a GPX of your Nike+ activity which you can then upload to Strava, or whatever third part service accepts GPX files.
If you have any problems with it (and it's likely that you will because I finished writing it and testing it just a few minutes ago) please post back here.
Instructions:
1. Go to http://162.244.30.109:8080/nike+gpx to download the chrome extension (.crx file)
2. In your browser, go to chrome://extensions and drag and drop the file you just downloaded into the window. Accept the permissions (or not, it's up to you). Despite what the permission imply, I do not "change" any of your data from nike.com.
3. Whenever you are on a Nike+ Activity page click the "N" in the top right corner of chrome. It will refresh your page and prompt you to download a GPX file which you can then upload to any site you choose.
Hopefully, I can get this into the chrome store in short order to make it feel more reliable. Until then, I appreciate anybody who's willing to give it a try and provide feedback so I can make it better.
Longer term, I can envision building a web service around this that uses Strava OAuth and less manual handling of GPX files. If anybody wants to help, my e-mail is akmjenkins@gmail.com
I hate Nike+ for what they've done, but I won't let them win. It's our data, not theirs.
Hey Sudharshan, good to hear. Odd that you'd be missing one run in particular.. anyways, you can find my email address in the info section (bottom right of the tool, after you click on the info button) – not a fan of sharing it over public forums, excuse the process
I got it to work tonight ...
Hi Andrea - did you manage to get your nike workouts to sync over to Garmin and then onto Strava?
It looks to me that you can only sync Garmin workouts into the Nike RC app....
Thanks Tiago - that worked brilliantly!
Hi, has anyone managed to upload strava activities TO Nike?
ignore the question, I just found a way: https://www.awsmithson.com/tcx2nikeplus/
From Nike Run Club I use RunGap to push data to several apps. It is a paid service but it seems to push data to most apps.
Hi
for iOS users
You can try this method (without any charge)
>> Sync from nike+ to RunGap
>>>>Export tcx from RunGap to dropbox
>>>>>Import tcx to strava
Thanks everyone here that have been caring enough to post ways to migrate our running data
I'm also a Nike+ dissident. I believe they show poor customer management and app re-design
I really enjoyed Nike+ until they went with the NRC update and made everything really complicated and overall really bad re-design of a tool that was working really well for most of us.
Thanks to Adam Jenkins in particular, your recommendation still works, just migrated all of my run history to Strava. I'm loving this App!
Cheers!
@Tiffany sure I'll be glad to help! Just send me an email and we'll find out what's the issue (you can find my email address on the site, bottom right corner there's a link to more info next to Live View)
thanks I've used https://nike.bullrox.net now and it works although can only get the runs from 2018.
Vincent, awesome mate. Worked a treat! Thank you!
like each run or they sent you them all in one big file and uploaded them all?
Hi. Is anyone else having issues with syncing using @Vincent and @Paul's tools? I was able to use it on 12/17 but after that date, both tools won't connect for me.
Hi @Paul D, I've noticed that the heart rate data is not synching at the moment - since the 30th December for me. Prior to that date it was fine. Anyway, not sure if the problem is at my end or not. Thanks Michael
I'm not new to IFTTT but I'm not having any luck with the recipe to move runs from Nike -> Strava. No matter what I do, the runs show 0 miles in Strava. I'm thinking it's something to do with the distance in Strava needing to be in meters but I''m just guessing here. Anyone have any luck with a recipe that can post to Strava with distance? Thanks!
My runs after 6th april 2018 on Nike+, is not showing on https://nike.bullrox.net/ . Is there some bug?
Hi @Wilson,
Click on "forgot my password" link on Nike's login page.
You will receive a link to "reset"(create) your password in you facebook-linked email address.
Hi Vincent! Your tool looks great but for some reason I can't sign up to Nike+
Hi y'all,
the heart rate has been fixed.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
If you have any concerns, remarks, please use the contact form on the home page, I'll be glad to help you.
Cheers,
Paul
Tried Run Gap. Two of the four runs imported without a problem. The GPS data did not transfer over to Strava on the other two. The GPS data looks like its there on the Nike + website and app. Not sure if this is the pause issue mentioned in the thread above with other services.
I flagged the activities to see if Strava can correct the issue.
@Paul funcionou e já consegui sincronizar.
Muito obrigado.
Stijn, I am having the same issue. I tried serveral time over the course of the last 2 weeks, but each time I get stuck on step 3. The process circle continuous to run, but does not load/display any runs
