Home Screen Widget

You can now add a Strava widget to the home screen of your Android. This widget can start a recording, show basic stats, and show daily progress. Adding the widget varies a bit from phone to phone. Many phones allow you to add widgets by long-pressing on the home screen. Others have a widget section accessible from the phone’s app list.

Strava Notification

Now when you record your activity, you will see a Strava notification, allowing you to pause and resume right from the notification.
