Segment leaderboards not listing all efforts

We're currently experiencing a problem with segment leaderboards not properly updating to reflect all segment efforts. So, although you may be matched to a segment on an activity, the time for that segment effort may not be correctly reflected on the segment leaderboard.

Those missing segment times are missing from the mini leaderboard on the activity page as well as the main segment leaderboard page. However, the times will appear when you filter by "My Results".

    We apologize again for the ongoing nature of this problem. Since a comprehensive fix to the underlying problem may still take some time to complete, we've decided to add a tool to allow you to fix this issue on your own whenever you experience it. This way you can easily fix any instance of this problem without needing to request help from support.

    Here's how you can fix it:

    1. Go to the activity where you're seeing this issue and click on the segment from the list of segments shown on your activity. (As shown on the screenshot above.)
    2. From the mini-leaderboard that is shown on the right hand side, click to "View full leaderboard". 
    3. From that segment page click on "Actions" on the lower right hand side of the page then on "Refresh My Results". (See screenshot below.)

    Please note that it may take a few minutes for the leaderboard results to be refreshed to include your segment effort.
