Due to high site traffic, we are experiencing excess strain on our servers. This strain has caused delays in segment matching, failure to create new segments, as well as stalled/failed uploads. We are working to relieve stress on our servers and expect segments to continue matching over the course of the next 24 hours.
If you have a failed upload, please refer to the list below to see what action to take:
- Automatic syncing through Garmin Connect/Garmin Express: Please export the original file from Garmin Connect and upload that file directly to Strava.
Direct Uploads: Please try reuploading your activity by file.
iPhone Uploads: Resync your activities by pulling down the activity feed.
Android Uploads: Your activities will be resynced automatically throughout the day.
- 3rd party Uploads (like Movescount, TomTom, CopyMySports, etc): Your activities will be resynced automatically throughout the day.
