Site Issues Sunday, July 31st 2016

Due to high site traffic, we are experiencing excess strain on our servers. This strain has caused delays in segment matching, failure to create new segments, as well as stalled/failed uploads. We are working to relieve stress on our servers and expect segments to continue matching over the course of the next 24 hours.

If you have a failed upload, please refer to the list below to see what action to take:
  • Direct Uploads: Please try reuploading your activity by file.
  • iPhone Uploads: Resync your activities by pulling down the activity feed.
  • Android Uploads: Your activities will be resynced automatically throughout the day.
  • 3rd party Uploads (like Movescount, TomTom, CopyMySports, etc): Your activities will be resynced automatically throughout the day.

If you are still experiencing issues after 24 hours, please contact our support team.

  • The following problems are also being reported:

    - Delays in editing activities (includes changing activity type)
    - Deleted activities are not fully deleted
    - Delays in cropping
    - Delays in challenge progress calculation and badge generation
    - Segment filters, like “My Results," are not loading
    - Failure to reupload a previously deleted activity
    - General site slowness

We believe these are also related to server strain. All issues should be resolved over the next 24 hours.

Thanks for your patience as we work to fix the issue.

  • Our engineers are slowly but surely working through the backlog and will be monitoring our site’s status overnight. We are hopeful that most issues will be resolved within the next few hours, but still ask that you wait until 10am PST on August 1st before contacting Support with further issues. If at this time you are still having trouble with any of the aforementioned problems, please let us know and we will investigate further.

Thank you for your continued patience!

  • Our team has worked through the backlog and everything should be running normally. If you are having any lingering site issues, please let us know by creating a support ticket.
