Managing Strava Summit Packs (iOS)

You can change what packs you subscribe to at any time from the Strava mobile app.

  • Select More > Settings > Summit Subscription > Add or Remove Packages OR Change Billing Cycle.
  • Please note that you can either switch subscription length or the packs you're subscribed to in one transaction. If you would like to change both, some changes may not take effect until the end of your current subscription term.

Upgrade

If you are looking to increase the number of packs you subscribe to, your upgrade will go into effect immediately.

  • You will gain instant access to the additional features.
  • You will receive a prorated refund for the remaining term of your previous subscription.
  • You will be billed the new full amount immediately.
  • The day of the month that you make the change will become your new renewal date.

For example, today is the 7th and you want to upgrade from the Training pack to Training + Safety + Analysis. You get access to the additional features and are billed the full amount immediately, and the 7th of the month is your new renewal date.

Crossgrade

If you want to move from one pack to another, but keep the same total number of packs.

  • You will have instant access to the new features.
  • You will receive a prorated refund for the remaining term of your previous subscription.
  • You will be billed the new full amount immediately.
  • The day of the month that you make the change will become your new renewal date.

For example, today is the 7th and you want to change from the Training pack to the Analysis pack. You get access to the additional features and are billed the full amount immediately, and the 7th of the month is your new renewal date.

Downgrade

If you want to downgrade to fewer packs than you have now, your downgrade will go into effect at the end of your current subscription term.

  • The reduced set of features will take effect at the end of your current subscription term.
  • You will be billed the new subscription amount at the end of your current subscription term.

For example, your current subscription renews on the 5th and you want to downgrade from Training + Analysis to just Analysis. You will continue to have access to the Training features until the 5th of next month. On the 5th of next month, you will only be billed for the Analysis pack.

Changing subscription length

If you want to change your subscription length, select Change Billing Cycle and then choose your desired length. This change will take effect at your next renewal date and you will be billed then.

For example, you want to change from Monthly to Annual and your current monthly subscription renews on the 5th of next month your Annual subscription will go into effect on the 5th and you will be billed the Annual amount on the 5th.
