[FIXED] Upload failures and Delays with Activity Editing

  • We are experiencing issues that may cause the following:
    • Upload issues.
    • Group matching delays.
    • Delays in segment effort updates.
    • Activity edits taking a long time or stalling.
    • Segments not showing up at all or not completely on activities.
    • Cropping activities taking a long time.
  • We are working on implementing a fix but we're still experiencing periodic issues. Any failed uploads will slowly be reprocessed. If your activity still hasn't uploaded after 24 hours, please try resyncing (see below) or reuploading your activity by file. 
    • iPhone Uploads: Resync your activities by pulling down the activity feed.
    • Android Uploads: Your activities will be resynced automatically throughout the day.
    • 3rd party Uploads (like Garmin Connect, Movescount, TomTom, CopyMySports, etc): Your activities will be resynced automatically throughout the day.
