You can automatically upload your activities from the Suunto app to Strava if you use one of the following supported devices. Activities from other Suunto devices can be uploaded to Strava via Movescount.

- Suunto 5
- Suunto 9
- Suunto Spartan
- Suunto Traverse
Connecting your Accounts
- Navigate to your Suunto app's settings.
- On Android, select Settings > Account > Connect to other services.
- On iOS, select Profile > Connect to other services.
- Connect to Strava. You will be prompted to log into your Strava account or create an account if you do not have one.
- Accept that the Suunto app can connect to your Strava account.
- After your next workout is synced with the Suunto app it will be automatically transferred to Strava.
Troubleshooting a Missing Activity
If an activity fails to sync to Strava, give the following a try:
- Check in the Logbook of your watch that your exercise(s) is (are) still available.
- Ensure that the Suunto app and Strava are connected from the "Connect to other services" page in the Suunto app.
- Be patient, the missing activity may not sync immediately.
- If you don't get the workout to Strava, you can download the FIT file from the Suunto App and manually import this to Strava.
Removing the Connection between Apps
- Navigate to your Suunto app's settings.
- On Android, select Settings > Account > Connect to other services.
- On iOS, select Profile > Connect to other services.
- Select Strava.
- Press "Disconnect."
