This issue should now be resolved with the latest version of the Strava app, v181.0.3.

Thanks for your patience—we expect to release a fix for the Year in Sport loading issue this week. For those of you who are affected by this problem, you can try the following on your mobile device: Settings > General > Date & Time > Enable 24 hour time.
