Resolved: Incorrect Totals in Profile Stats

Update: This issue should be resolved. If you refresh your stats and they still appear to be incorrect, please proceed with submitting a request.

We are experiencing an issue that may cause the statistics on your profile page to be inaccurate. Your totals may appear to be either significantly more or less than you'd expect. We are working on a resolution but, in the meantime, you can select the Refresh Stats button underneath the table to recalculate the total. The button may appear greyed out while the system is refreshing and it may take a few hours for the stats to refresh.
