We are aware of an issue that causing some athletes to see error messages that can vary slightly but include "StravaKit". Our engineers are working on a fix for impacted athletes but, in the meantime, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Log out then log back into your Strava mobile app.
- Switch from cellular data to wifi (or vice versa) then try the previous step again.
- Uninstall the Strava mobile app from your mobile device, turn your device off and then back on, and reinstall Strava then login to your Strava profile
