If you are missing a recent activity recorded on your iPhone and/or Apple Watch or experienced a sync error message that stated your activity finished uploading with errors, please follow the directions below:
1. Ensure you are connected to a strong internet connection.
2. Record a new GPS temporary activity.
3. Save the temporary activity, this should push any missing previous activities to your account.
Recording and saving an additional activity resolves the issue. If you see any error messages or continue to experience sync delays or sync errors; please write into our support team with as much information as possible.
