We are live!
First off, we want to thank you for partnering with us over the last few years as we found our footing in the feature suggestion space. We heard you, we know it's important to you to be able to find topics more easily, post new ideas outside of our suggested categories, have threaded discussions on a single topic, find topics more easily, and receive updates from employees, among others.
We are excited to announce that as of July 2022, we have launched a new online experience called Strava Community Hub to host your ideas, feedback, product questions, casual chat, and more. We really hope this latest iteration of our Community Discussions will deliver a better and richer experience for all athletes.
Why are we making this change?
You may be wondering, why are you changing the Community Discussions? We wanted to give you a place where you could do much more than just share your feedback. Our Community Hub is not just a place to submit ideas—it’s where you can geek out on getting the most out of Strava, read exclusive content with a unique twist, seek advice, have fun chats, and much more.
It’s also nice to be acknowledged for your contributions, right? You’ll notice that the Community Hub has a rank and badge system which will allow you to be recognized for all your great contributions to the community.
At its core, the Community Hub enables our vibrant community to connect with one another on shared interests. Whether you want to talk about Strava features or tools, seek advice on a new device you’re investing in, or just see what folks are talking about, all are welcome!
