  • In September my year Premium will end and I will not extend my membership. Strava is deliberately ignoring this.

  • This is a sad state - the IOS version works A-OK with the Mi Band 2! Honestly, how long can this take? The Mi Band 2 appears to be one of the most hackable devices out there! There are third party solutions to get the data out of the Mi Band 2 to Strava but they are clunky - come on Strava, get your act together or you'll start loosing customers.

  • Very sad with the strava not performing the application integration with the  Xiaiomi mi 2 band. I am migrating to the premium endomondo for this reason. The strava team of developers are losing many users who use Xiaiomi mi band 2, the best selling smart band in the world.

  • Hi,

Do you have a forecast of when the Strava for Android app will support the Xiaomi Mi Band 2?

In my understanding one year it was more than enough time to solve this issue...

    Thanks.

  • forget it. I even sold my MiBand2.

its useless to wait for so long for apps that reluctant to add support to.

just bought a cheap chinese HRM for $19.99. its work on strava. but indeed the quality is as cheap as it get. but hey at least its sorta worked, than waiting on hopes for support on MiBand2.

  • Hope to get compatibility one day..
The community loves Strava, but saddly it's seems to be a one way relationship

  • REALLY??? you're really still waiting after two years?

Switch to Xiaomi Mi Fit FREE app, wich works great, and shut down Strava wich ask you to pay and dont take care of your requests.

Or, if you wont leave strava, buy a supported device. It's understood that strav wont support mi band.

  • Well, I ended up using another software for tracking the rides. One reason is that other software support the Miband, but also a customizable dashboard without having to pay for a premium product is a good reason!

Since I still like Strava as a social network (and it seems Strava is going this direction by not improving the tracking capabilities), I ended up syncinc all activities autmatically.

This pattern has worked fine for me and now I am really happy with the setup. So, the community has found a way... :)

As of the quality of the Miband, it gives good results like 80% of the time. That´s fine for amateur use...
