More goal types
I really like ability to add power or segment time goals, but that seems like a limited selection (most users aren't rocking $2000 power meters anyway). I like that Strava's feature set is careful and intentional, so I wouldn't want to see a million new, confusing goal options. But, a few simple additions would be fantastic and motivating. Here's a short list to get started:
Pace or Speed Goal - Ex: I'd like to run a sub-7-minute mile pace for at least 5 miles by January 1 (for cyclists, use speed).
Climbing goal - I'd like to climb 2000 feet in one ride (or run) by December 1.

The point here is to de-couple the goal from the geographic location (the segment). I might want to run a 20-minute 5k but might not run the same route every day.
