Getting rid of the Googleman was a bad idea.
What happened to the googleman? This was one of the best features of the map function on Strava. I travel around the US, Canada, and Europe and when I look for rides, I look to existing rides on Strava. Then I googleman the route to see if the roads are (1) paved (2) highly traveled by vehicle (3) have a shoulder or bike lane, are (4) scenic or wooded etc and (5) if there are rest stops available on them. None of this is possible anymore without googleman. Without this capability, looking for good routes on strava has become second rate to other sites, like Ride With GPS (for example.) I'm sure that anyone who travels and has used Strava (in the past) to sort out good routes, would agree. Bring it back, please.
