  • Hej, I've noticed some attached photos show up as activity 'headers' instead of standard maps in iPhone mobile app. But then again, some don't. Is there a procedure how to achieve that, it looks cool. Thanks!

  • It's been said, but just you know how many people are thinking it - it would be great to be able to upload photos and videos to Strava on the website version. With so many people using gopros, etc, it would be awesome to share that with our strava friends - especially for those of us that pay.

  • Everyone, keep bugging them and surely they will take notice and make the correct changes.  Come on Strava Team, I believe in you!

  • Elle, et al at Strava,

Can you give us an update on when or whether you plan to add photo uploads via the web interface?  Your silence is deafening.

  • Adding photos via my iPhone is very slow. I would like to add them to my starve activity from my computer. IS that possible?

Also, I observed, only 12 photos are getting uploaded to an activity. Is there any such limit? (I had added 30 photos in total, to this activity: http://www.strava.com/activities/343834894 )

  • Is there any way to view or browse all of the photos I have uploaded? ie for all of my activities in order. My profile page only shows the last 8 photos.

I can look through all of the "My Activities" list or the Training Log etc, but that takes a while, as I can't remember which activities have photos attached.

  • While it is nice that you put the photo upload feature on the mobile phone platform, I want to add my vote to the "you really need to add that capability to the PC website!" crowd.

Thanks for a great site, overall, and looking forward to you making it even better.

  • I would love to upload photos from my PC to Strava.  My phone does not support the app. so my rides are uploaded via Garmin.  Please consider this upgrade!!  Thanks

  • One more request to be able to upload photos from my PC to an activity already resident on the website. I use a Garmin, and my smartphone runs Windows Mobile, so no joy for me with iOS or Android. Thanks . . . and why not get that messaging service running at the same time!

  • Can only agree with comments above, I download the info from a Garmin to my iMac, but now find it is impossible to put photos on to a downloaded ride at the moment.

So come on Strava, I am paying for Premier membership, lets have a Premier service

  • Adding photos to rides is a great addition, but I'd like to see it enhanced in 2 ways: - Support for bulk upload - at the end of a long ride where you've taken multiple photos, having to add them 1-1 is really annoying. - As mentioned by others, when syncing with Facebook it would be good if the photos could be synced too

  • Another vote for extending this functionality to the website please - much more useful to me than trying to select photos on my phone

  • . .  and another vote to please add the functionality for uploading photos from a PC to the website - I can edit photos on a big screen first before uploading, its a bit hard to do that properly on small screen phone.

    Tks

  • Yes, please add the ability to upload pictures from a PC. I upgraded to  Premium and thought that was a feature included.

  • Add photos from desktop please. It's ridiculous that you can do this from a phone before being able to do it on a desktop. Mobile apps have to be developed on a PC so it would follow that this would be done at the same time. The mind boggles.

  • Adding to the chorus, please add support for photo uploads through the web site.

All of my interaction with Strava is through the web site. I am not interested in using the mobile application. When relevant features like this--that aren't tied solely to mobile use cases--are omitted from the web site, I will be disappointed.

  • I also want the ability to do this via the website, rather than the phone. Taking the photo takes time and I don't want to waste any more on the run/ride. I'd rather do it later after my activity, when I get the chance to curate my selection.

  • I wanted to add a photo to a ride today and then found this thread. I don't own a smartphone. I DO want to be able to upload from my computer, as I can with with my ride data. Please make it happen.

  • I'm with adding photos at the end.  I also do not use the mobile app.   Phone battery time on long rides is an issue, while the Garmins have anywhere from 6-10 hours runtime.
I'm with the chorus here.   Make it happen so we can upload photos after our rides, thank you.

  • Come on Strava it's been months now,  people asking to have a link to upload from a desktop to complement their ride. Can you give an indication of timeline?
