Pace Distribution Not Working

Any idea why my pace distribution wouldn't be generating? I've entered a recent race time and it still shows that it's missing.

Thanks in advance for your help!

  • I have the same problem, no matter how I set a recent race time (app or web) my pace zones still won't generate. Did this start working in the end?

  • I'm having the same issue, was a solution ever found for this?

I'm on the free trial and I'm not about to pay for something that isn't working.

  • Same issue here w me today. Logged out of Strava and came back in. The race time I entered shows as saved but the pace zones are still unavailable.

  • I am having the same problem as well! I tried using the website and the app, and while the race seems to have saved (half-marathon), the app still says that the pace zones are unavailable. Did anyone find a solution to this problem?

  • Both pace analysis AND pace distribution will not work for me either, can not figure out why not? I am also on a trial but this does not fill me with confidence at all. Hopefully someone will be able to fix this because I am obviously not alone. I too have tried more than once to correctly set up the "pace zones" timing but nothing has worked so far? If anyone from Strava reads this then PLEASE fix - Thank You...

  • This just goes from bad to worse! Am on a trial but already feel like ending it.

Now to make matters worse the heart rate custom zones are saved and then have reset themselves to percentage

of max? Have reset them yet again to custom zones but guess what? The data graphs are STILL using % of max?

Some time back I did try "support" with a problem but after 4 attempts and 3 weeks later I still had no response?

Am sorry to say that if things do not improve soon I shall not be paying for Summit after trial for Summit than doesn't

work anything like as described. Not sure what the problem is but surely I can not be the only one?

Thanks for reading, all the best - Michael.

  • Also while I am having a bit of a rant I can not understand why nearly all of my activities are truncated by

Strava compared to Garmin Connect? Am using a Garmin device but examples of what I mean are 10k (6.22miles)

on Garmin comes out as 6.21 miles - therefore no credit for my fastest time? Same happens for almost every

activity. I realise it is appears only a small amount but frustrating. Other examples - 5 miles down to 4.99miles.

3.11 miles (5k) down to 3.10 miles? And so on and so on with activity after activity? Why?

    All the best - Michael.

P.S. Surely I should not have to "overrun" activities to have the right distance show up on Strava?

Also I can not believe I am the only one again? I will not pay for the problems I am experiencing - sorry.
