heart rate data not syncing from garmin to strava
my heart rate info from swimming is not syncing to strava
I can see it fully recorded in the garmin connect app
but in strava I only see one value for the average
I can see other tickets that suggest it is a problem with access to health data, but that is and has always been turned on
please advise

As of October 1st, 2019 Strava has begun to parse HR data for swim activities. This means HR data will be displayed on newly uploaded swim activities if recorded with a swim-specific HR sensor.

i have also just experienced that. have you had any luck in resolving this issue
