are Heart Rate zones in Strava correct ?

My HRmax on a bike is about 192-195

And that what i set in Strava, but when i look at the zones after a workout i can see:

Anaerobic zone is THE LAST  3% ? (97-100% max HR) ??

i always thought it's about 90-100, or even according to some daya 80-100%.
