Training page - show last 7 days activity by heart rate groups

Many athletes train by heart rate. It would be great to look back on a rolling 7 day set of activities with a sum of how much time was spent at each heart rate zone by activity type (I.e running). I’d hope to see that 80% of my runs are zone 1/2 and 20% in zone 3/4/5 etc. The data should already be available and it’s quite simple maths and can be represented by a pie chart.

  • This one would be amazing for me. I just started the 80/20 HR training and I'm getting some great results when I stick to it. Showing the amount of time I spend in a HR zone on a weekly average would help hold me to it rather than always pushing up past Z3.

  • This is readily available in TrainingPeaks. Surely this would be simple to implement.

  • A summary would be perfect. Came across the MAF training this week, which is basically Z2 training, and found myself looking at individual runs trying to get a sense of time spent in each zone. I feel like this would be a really good subscription feature as it gives you more depth.

  • Going further, it would be cool if there could be recommendations about how much time you spend in each zone.
