Finding a 10K running route in a new place

Like many users on this forum, I use Strava when I go to a new place I travel to, to see if there are any interesting 10K routes/loops to run from the hotel. I am really confused by the terminology...

@Daniel Rossano The OsmAnd looks easy enough, and free, but the issue I have is that it is not available for iOS in my region. I have no intention to jailbreak my iPhone.

I am sorry, but contrary to some other comments, I am not ready to pay for this feature. This should be part of the basic app. There are so many good Turn-by-Turn GPS apps for driving that are free...
