What is missing on these maps (and guess what, even on Google maps, for example on Flyby page) is a map scale ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linear_scale ).
I agree that Google aerial imagery is really good.
But don't be confused :
- OSM is only a database, OSM is NOT an aerial imagery source !
- Mapbox creates maps for Strava using OSM data and also p...
