Add input for daily fitness metrics like Resting Heartrate and Weight

In order to keep track of fitness level and form, integrate a section where you can add information such as morning pulse/heart rate and weight.
Which can be checked over a period of time. Thus being able to see if you have recovered from training and can predict what your form will be.

  • Yes. Yes. Yes. Honestly, I am amazed its not there. Serious athletes need it and on the other end think of all the "Loose 10lbs in March" challenges people could have.
