Membership fee charged twice?

Have any other Premium members had their annual membership fee charged to their payment card twice on the same date? This is obviously an error. I already sent a request to Strava Support, but I was curious if this issue is widespread or just me.

  • It happened to me either. 

    I had a change on the billing info section, and it could not charge me for couple of weeks. Now I have been charged twice.

  • Just got my credit card bill and it shows two charges for Strava on the same day, will e Mail Strava support.

  • The same thing happened to me 01.09. charged me by order number 415-5740050 and then again 05.09. by the same order number 415-5740050

  • May be not widespread but it happens quite a bit so I would have thought you would have resolved this on your backend systems by now. I have just submited a new request because I have been charged twice.

      I was charged the membership fee 5 times.  31 OCT 16 , 1 NOV 16, 2 NOV 16, 3 NOV 16 and 4 NOV 16.  Could you please reverse the charges?
