Android Wear Feedback from a runner

Love the general behavior of the Android Wear app, which is preferable to the Runkeeper one, but the big obstacle for me is that there are separate screens for time, pace and distance. I'd like a way to see all three of these on the same screen all the time, like for the Runkeeper Wear app. I can't really swipe across on my wrist while I'm running.

  • I love this integration as well, but agree with Edd that the interface could use some work. There's so much real estate on this beautiful little screen going to waste on that orange graphic. For me, the most important stat is heart rate, and I really appreciate that there is a view that puts it as the largest number, but I'd really like to see more than just total time to go along with it. Come at this problem like a fitness device designer, not with branding/marketing in mind!

Also, PLEASE change where the Info button is - I'd like to see it as the first button you get when you swipe, whereas right now you have to swipe through both Pause and Finish to get to it, and it's already easy enough to accidentally press them when you're standing still let along when running.

  • Also, an option for white text on a dark/black background would be great as well.

  • I hope this feature gets a bit more love... still just pace/time, distance/time or HR/time as options for the display, not customizable at all. I think every other tracking app that supports Wear does it better at this point. There's plenty of room, even on a circular watch screen, would love to see 3 or 4 numbers as an option, and some configurability.

  • Totally agree, please add customisable fields on the wear screens (including size and font [face & bold] - e.g. 1, 2 or 3 rows. and 1 or 2 fields per row (customisable on the phone in settings).

Please also add the option for the back-light to not be permanently on - several of the wear watches have trans-reflective displays which are perfectly readable in daylight with the back-light off.  With the back-light off, I can use my Smartwatch 3 with another app for nearly 4 hours, but with Strava with the back-light on, it won't make 2 hours.
