Segment details not opening from Internet Explorer

Anyone else having trouble with segment details not showing up when using Internet Explorer (version 11.0.41)?  It used to work fine, but as of a couple weeks ago, it suddenly won't open links to most segments.  It still does some random one, but most won't open.  From an activity page where you see the list of segments you completed in a ride, you usually can click on any of those segments and it would expand to show a brief summary of the segment and a partial leaderboard and then have a link to the full leaderboard.  Now, that only works for a few segments, but most won't open up or expand at all, they just sit there as if the links are dead.  Anyone else aware of this and if there is a way to fix it?  Seems to work fine in Chrome, so appears to be an issue either just with my computer or Internet Explorer itself.  Thanks.

    We are aware that the following internet browsers are experiencing issues when viewing segments on the activity page: Internet Explorer, older versions of Safari, and Safari on iPad. Our team is looking into this issue and we appreciate your patience. In the meantime, please continue using Strava on a different browser and/or update Safari to version 11.

    If you are not using one of the browsers above and are experiencing this issue, please let us know and include a screenshot of the issue along with the browser and version.

    it doesn't work for me in either IE 11 (version 11.0.9600.19100) or Chrome (version 44.0.2403.155). The screen shot below is from Chrome but the same happens in both i.e. you click on a (ride) segment, it is highlighted and the map changes to focus on it, and the ride elevation profile is also correctly highlighted but the actual segment doesn't open so I can't see leaderboards etc.

    The same thing happens for runs too/

  • Also been happening to me on Internet Explorer, for about a month now. when will this issue be resolved? Looking at Leader Boards, and personal result comparisons, is surely one of the main asks, and haven't been able to do that for sometime. Will we get a refund of some of our fees !!?

  • Now will take a year or two to get fixed like the search problem that Strava is currently having? I didn't join Strava to search my workouts. I want to see what everyone else did, especially races.

  • Same issue here running IE11. I always open segments in my rides to compare results. as a paying client I Can Not do that now.  When will this be fixed?!?!

  • I have about 15 segments that can open then the rest of them after that show but do not open. I have tried opening in Chrome & internet explorer but the same thing in both. I have tried refreshing activity, making private then reverting back to everyone sees. Very Frustrtaing; please fix this Strava!

  • This is happening to me again (for the second time in a couple weeks) right now. It's happening on IE, Firefox & Chrome (all latest updates on Win 10), so I can't access a single segment on any browser in any way. It was working 20 minutes ago and now it's not.

    I'm trying to grab the page link for analysis on a website, so can't use the mobile app.

    Actually elevation & analysis isn't working/loading either, but the site works otherwise?
