Keeping Track of 2 Wheelsets

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to keep track of 2 wheelsets that I will use on the same bike? Is there a way to retire/unretire when I switch or something?  Any work a rounds would be greatly appreciated!

  • This would be awesome for comparing segment times between your training and race wheels!!

  • The best way might be to set up two different bike profiles in your Gear section, each with a different set of wheels.

  • I was also looking for this feature since i got a new set of wheels. Before I didn't even saw that adding bike components was available, now I use it to track the wear/maintenance of the main components. I still have the old wheels and I would like to swap wheelset under the same bike profile. To keep the total distance on the bike profile but separate distance on the spare wheels.

  • I really hope Strava introduce and option to "unretire" components to allow tracking of mileage on different tires for example

  • I am adding to all of the above as well. This really should be hard to add into the program.

  • Yes, I looked for this feature 2 years ago as well but didn't think to look on the forums.

Let's not let a fantastic feature die, this should be a no-brainer.

Hopefully you meant *shouldn't Bubba, cause I think it could be rather easy!

  • Would there be interest in me creating an extra service that keeps track of Strava workouts and allows a much greater hardware tracking ability? I could create this with easy with a Strava connection if I created a website for this. Contact me on https://gerbenbol.com if you like the idea.
