Can I Create Personal Training Plan

I just started using Strava.  I was using RunKeeper and in that app I was able to create my own plans.  Run 1 mile at this pace, 1/2 mile at this pace, etc. etc.  I have not been able to figure out how to do this in Strava or if I am even able to do this?  IF I am able to do this where do I find the instructions?
