So how do I make contact with a Strava developer>.... I  emailed the API team about swim support not working almost a year ago and got a brush-off "it's broken, we're working on it" email in reply....

Do you want them on strava as a single activity or do you want one for each day? To upload you might need to re-split them manually which is fairly simple since the gpx is text/xml if a little time...
