Separate Activity Statistics for Virtual Rides

Thousands of us are now training regularly on SWIFT and other platforms on trainers and while I appreciate the miles completed are now added to totals, it would be great to have a separate virtual rides statistics section under activities. This would show number of rides and average miles for selected time periods. An option to blend these with outdoor rides would also be a nice feature.

  • The advance of technology has created an absolute need for separate "challenge" and "leaderboard" categories.   Virtual rides should never be included with "real outside" riding--in Challenges, Annual Stats, OR  Club Leaderboards.   Virtual riding is GREAT and needed.  It is not comparable, however, to outdoor riding and the many additional skills needed.  A rat may set a record or a wheel in a cage--but put him outside & he gets caught by the cat!

  • I don't want to see virtual rides in my activity feed. Being able to choose what is displayed would be good. Seeing ride after ride on Swift by people I follow is clogging up my activity feed.

  • There should be a simple way to see how many virtual and how many "real" miles have been completed in the current and previous weeks/months/years.

I'm attempting to reach 15K miles for 2016 and wanted to know how many of the approx 8,500 miles I've ridden so far were virtual. To do so, I had to list my activities by type, "virtual" and then add up the miles over two pages of listings. Again, should be easier.

  • Agree virtual riding definitely needs separating from real rides. Especially club leaderboard filter. The default should be to outdoor riding.
