Are these all training plans ?????

Hi there

I am new to summit premium and joined to find a training plan to rebuild endurance and distance after a period of not being active. All I see are plans for climbing and sprinting- surely this can not be all????? If so it is completely useless unless you are in hard core training!

Also I was supposed to change the leaderboard to age and weight (WHERE?) 

Am I missing something?
