App no longer compatible with my Xiaomi Redmi Note 7

Goodmorning, i have a Redmi Note 7...

Before i had a Huawei P8 Lite 2016...

For both of this smartphones Strava app has problem with track and starting too.

I thought it was a problem of GPS, but i know friends that have same problems with other phones.

So i think that there was something on the app, even if in the brand's help i have found that developers work on fix, but i can't believe that all brands have problem on their OS.

Can you help me?
