Is there a mechanism to deal with riders posting ebike rides as regular rides besides flagging.  There are riders I know who have been flagged 100 times but still post rides and take places on lead...

It seems to me that a local legend should be for all time, not 90 days.  One doesn't become a "legend" in a few months.
