It's possible the data didn't get exported properly, rather than a problem Strava's end.
You can check data in the GPX file by opening it in a web browser (drag & drop) or text editor.

All the third party tools are now dead. There's no longer any way of using Nike with Strava. I'm going to really miss Strava :(
