Explain how I use the Fitness & Freshness feature
Hello, I belive that the Fitness and Freshness score and the graph is being under utilized by athletes. I would like to see a webinar or video explaining more advanced reasons for using it. Next I'd like to know how to utilize the graph to improve my own fitness and adjustments to my training plan. I'd like to see some examples of how over training may effect the score and potentially have negative benefits. I'd also like to know how my fitness comepares to others, so maybe there is an average score that allows me to compare myself to others. If the Fitness score is considered confidential personal information just compare me to all of those I follow. For example My score is a 24, the average of those I follow has an average of 48, tells me I have a ton of work to do. Id also like to see a bike time trial in Phoenix.
