Fitness & Freshness - Planning ahead to predict your F&F
I like the information Fitness and freshness gives me, but it is only available and relevant to workouts I've completed uploaded.
I want to be able to predict and see how what I may do (ride/workout) can affect the F&F, a working training plan. There is a calendar available, but to be honest it is pretty much of no use. It makes perfect sense to be able pre-plan rides/workouts that you may then see the effect this would have on your fitness and freshness.
