Fix Weekly Relative Effort calculations
Right now, Relative effort restarts each week and rather than pro-rating the daily effort for 7 days it measures the first day against all 7 days of prior effort. Therefore, every week starts by telling you that you are behind. Since weeks end on Sunday and Sunday is often the hardest day of the week, the messaging for the restof the week isn't very helpful to tell you where you are against prior weeks. It would be better to pro rate forward (the same way that you show progress against the Annual Miles Objective); pro ration could either be by comparing this Monday against all the last 52 Mondays or this Monday against 1/7th of the last 52 weeks, Tuesday would then be Monday plus Tuesday pro rated the same way and so forth. .
