If you record activities with Wahoo’s SYSTM (formerly The Sufferfest), you can automatically upload your activities to Strava by connecting your accounts. If you choose not to upload a specific activity to Strava, click on the Strava icon when you complete an activity but before you click save.
From the Wahoo SYSTM website, click the settings button on the menu under your account name.
Click on AUTHORIZED APPS at the top of the page. From the list of Available apps, click Strava.
Follow the prompts to log in to your Strava account and authorize SYSTM to connect to your Strava account.
Click AUTHORIZE to finalize the connection.
