You can change the name displayed on your profile and add a bio that will be displayed on your profile page.
On the website, hover over your profile picture in the upper-right corner and click on "Settings."

If you wish to add a bio, hover over the "Profile Bio" field to reveal the pencil edit icon. Complete the field and click Save.
