Supported Activity Types on Strava

When recording with the Strava mobile app, the choice between Running or Cycling simply indicates whether speed or pace will be shown on the record screen. Once an activity is uploaded or synced to Strava, any number of our other activity types can be selected from the Edit Activity options. Strava currently supports the following activity types:

Don't see the activity type you're looking for on Strava? 

Though running and cycling are at Strava’s core, it's our goal to include as many other fitness activities as possible to the experience. If we're missing an activity type, you can add your vote to help us decide which activities the community most wants to see added to Strava in the future.
