Training Log Privacy Controls

What is your training log?

Your training log is a visual representation of all your activity on Strava. It is currently available on the web and Android app. The training log is not available for iOS.

Managing your Training Log Privacy Controls

Navigate to your Training Log on Strava.com in one of two ways:

  • Select 'Training Log' from the 'Training' drop-down menu.
    • Select 'Public' or 'Private' from the upper right-hand corner of the page.
  • Go to your Settings page by hovering over your profile picture in the top right and selecting 'Settings.'
    • Click on the 'Privacy Controls' tab on the left side of the page.
    • Click 'Training Log' to the follow the link your Training Log page.
    • Select 'Public' or 'Private' from the upper right-hand corner of the page.

How it Works

By default, your training log is private. You can make your training log public if you’d like to share it with your friends or coach.

  • When you select 'Public':
    • All Strava Athletes:
      • Will have access to your training log by direct link or by clicking through your “last 4 weeks” calendar widget on your profile only if your profile’s visibility controls are set to 'Everyone.'
    • Followers:
      • Will have access to your training log by direct link or by clicking through your “last 4 weeks” calendar widget on your profile.
    • Non-Followers:
      • Will not be able to see your training log if your profile visibility controls are set to 'Followers', even if they have the direct link.
  • When you select 'Private':
    • No one else will have access to your training log.
