Your training log is a visual representation of all your activity on Strava.
Managing Your Training Log Privacy Controls
Select "Training Log" from the "Training" dropdown menu on the Strava website.
Select "Public" or "Private" from the upper right corner of the page.
How It Works
By default, your training log is private. You can make your training log public if you would like to share it with your friends or coach.
When You Select "Public"
All Strava Athletes: will have access to your training log via a direct link or by clicking the "last 4 weeks" calendar widget on your profile, only if your profile's visibility controls are set to "Everyone."
Followers: will have access to your training log via a direct link or by clicking the "last 4 weeks" calendar widget on your profile.
Athletes Who Don't Follow You: will not be able to see your training log if your profile visibility controls are set to "Followers," even with a direct link.
When You Select "Private"
No one else will have access to your training log.
