We understand that unforeseen circumstances or injuries are an unfortunate part of race preparation, and participants may look to transfer their registration in the spirit of helping the broader sporting community.
However, bib transfers may be exploited by bad actors to perpetuate scams and negatively affect the community experience on Strava.
We will review accounts offering race bib transfers, reported to us or otherwise identified by us, and will take action on them based on our investigations. We will consider factors such as whether transfers are permitted by the event organizer while making our decision.
