Automatically Sync with Stages Link

  • On your Stages Link account, access your account settings by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the page.
  • Navigate to Account > Connects.
  • Select Outgoing > Connect with Strava > Connect.
  • Follow the prompt to log in to Strava if you're not already logged in.
  • Select Authorize

Syncing rides with the Stages Cycling app

Upload activities from your Stages Dash M50 and L50 to Strava automatically using the Stages Cycling app

  • Open the Stages cycling app and tap the Profile icon, then tap the Connections tab.
  • Select Strava and log in to enable the connection.
  • Completed activities will be synced to all the connections at the end of your ride as long as your Stages Dash is connected to the Stages Cycling app.

To learn more about 3rd party connections with the Stages cycling app, see Connecting 3rd party apps to the Stages Cycling app. If you have any previous ride files you'd like to upload or prefer not to use the automatic upload service, you can plug in your Stages Dash via USB and view your files in the activities directory.

Disconnect from Stages Link

  • On your Stages Link account, access your account settings by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the page.
  • Navigate to Account > Connects.
  • Select Outgoing > Connect with Strava > Disconnect.

Routes on Stages 

Starred Routes from your Strava account will sync to your Stages Link library. Once you have connected your Strava account to Stages Link, click the Sync Courses button under Outgoing > Strava to import any routes you have created. After they have synced, you can find them in the course library on the sidebar of your calendar on Stages.
